The Bungalow

Project Description

Renovation of a former concrete mixing plant and one time clothing manufacturing shop in to 24 apartments. The project consists of two floors for a total square footage of 27,000 SF.

The floors in this building ranged from one to two feet thick and would have been difficult to cut through in order to run plumbing. With that in mind, we ran plumbing on top of the existing floor and poured a new finish floor to top it.
