Quadratus Construction Management (QCM) is committed to your project as if it were our own personal investment. Our clients’ interests are our highest priority and it is always our goal to exceed your expectations. Through collaborative efforts, our entire project team, inclusive of you, the Design Group and sub-contractors work hand in hand in order to deliver the desired outcome.

QCM offers Pre-construction Services inclusive of preliminary estimates, schedules, constructability reviews and value engineering. During development of the construction documents we include cost estimating at various completion milestones of the design to ensure that project budgets do not conflict with the intended result. We continually develop and revise our subcontractor scopes of work during this time to ensure that we capture the complete project costs included in our bidding.

As part of our Construction Services we manage permit applications and procurement, subcontractor selection, submittals and approvals, and day to day oversight of the project; ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality possible.
