A rail served, light manufacturing and warehouse building for the construction of food grade containers. The building encompasses 144,000 SF.
The project was constructed where Bethlehem Steel had once dumped their slag. As such, any excavation was extremely difficult as we hammered through the waste of the steelmaking process.
